Masterminding

I’ve got to tell you how wonderful it is to be a part of a Mastermind Group. I have to share this excitement with you.

Toni-Louise and I formed our first Mastermind group 2 months ago and its been going from strength to strength. We have connected with the most amazing group of like minded women. We are all in business and share similar thoughts, struggles, victories, fears and joys. We laugh and cry as each of us shares from our heart. We all have very different backgrounds and businesses, but what we have in common is the desire to connect, encourage, support and inspire one another.

Today we had the most amazing meeting. We’re all busy women, but we took two hours out of our week to come together and it was incredible. So much is happening with each of us and to be able to share it with one another and have the support and inspiration from such a high powered group of women is more than money can buy.

We left feeling elated and spurred on to continue to achieve greatness not only in our business but in our lives. For many of us, our loved ones don’t fully understand what we are doing in business and our friends certainly try but it's absolutely essential to be a part of a group that knows what you’re going through and is there to support you in every way.

I highly recommend you all get connected to a group such as this. Ours happened because we saw a need and we fulfilled it. We were all crying out for such a thing and we have been so blessed by it. Toni-Louise and I are all about connection, support, encouragement and creating knowledge. This groups allows for all of this and more.

Thankyou to all who are a part of this. You ladies rock!!

Watch this space because some incredible things are going to come from this…….

Its a giveaway!

Its a giveaway!

As you all know we finished our first ever webinar series a few weeks ago. It was a momentus occassion for us as we celebrated this achievement. At the start of this year Toni-Louise and I knew what we wanted to do but had no idea how to do it. We set our minds to learn, spent countless nights working hard and in a month went from having no website to a complete 15 week webinar series mapped out.

We then went on to secure many of the top female entrepeneurs in the world to interview. They shared with us their stories of failure, success, heartache, love, financial struggles and financial freedom. It was a dream for us to get intimate with these women who all have come to feel like beautiful friends. They are all warm , encouraging, inspiring and add to that, experts in their fields. They share their knowledge and experience which we believe our listeners can tap into and use in their own life to achieve success in all areas. It is our greatest desire that our listeners can find their passion, joy and direction to create success, fullfillment and contentment in every part of their  lives.

We’ve just put together an amazing opportunity for anyone to access these 15 interviews for only $27. Its so cheap and we really are practically giving this away. To gain access to these women would normally cost a whole lot more than this. For two weeks only you can download these audios for only $27. We hope you will take advantage of this, tell your friends and we know you will get something amazing out of every single one of these interviews. Even if you think the topics not for you, have a listen and I guarantee the story behind every one of these women will touch your heart and motivate you in some amazing way.

Live, Love and Work Well

Live, Love and Work Well

Do you live well? Love Well and Work Well?

What does that even mean? To me it means having a good work/life balance and feeling successful in every area of your life.

You may have a successful career or business but your relationships are suffering or your health isnt great. Success in one area will take you a certain distance but eventually without success in those other areas it may all come crumbling down around you. To me success isnt about how much money or recognition you have but its about how balanced your life is and how happy you feel in all areas. So how do we achieve that? One way is by learning from others who have created this kind of success in their own lives.

The thing that interests me about people is that they all have a story to tell. When you hear a successful person share their story it almost always involves a time of difficulty and hardship. They have very often overcome adversity which has given them even more determination and courage to achieve their success. And they can share this story to encourage and inspire others.

This has been one of the big focal points of our last webinar series titled ‘Live, Love and Work Well’. We brought together 15 amazingly successful women who have shared with us their stories. They shared about their trials, passions, purpose and how they created a highly successful business around that. We did this to inspire our Working Women that they too can have the success, purpose and passion that they have always dreamed of.

It was an amazing pleasure and privilege to interview these women and we invite you to listen to their stories. We know you will laugh, cry and be overwhelmingly inspired as you listen to them.

You can purchase all 15 interviews in an audio download for only $27. This really is an amazing price for the information shared here. We are so honoured to share this with you. Please listen, enjoy and be encouraged to transform your world.

Life is like a surf comp……….

Life is Like a Surf Comp!!

Today I had the absolute privilege of taking my three kids to a school surf comp. It was one of our best days ever as a family. A gorgeous sunny day at Caloundra, great surf, great friends and we got to encourage and support all the beautiful kids competing for our school in the competition. A very precious day. The thing is I couldnt help but analyse and smile to myself at the behaviours of the kids and the parents alike. As a parent, watching your child compete in anything can bring out all sorts of issues within you. Both good and bad. Perhaps your own unresolved feelings from childhood experiences that suddenly out of nowhere re surface their ugly heads. You think you’re a well adjusted adult then all of a sudden you are yelling at the judges for their unfair scoring of little Johnny or you secretly hope that little Susie doesnt get any waves, her board snaps and she loses the heat…….just so your little darling can WIN!!! WIN!! Did I say WIN!!!???? We tell our kids it doesnt matter, that winning isnt everything when deep down we know we want it even more badly than they do! Its hilarious when you think about it. The idea is to have fun and enjoy yourself but we all remember the feelings when you dont win and I guess the reality is we dont want our precious children to share that pain. There are always the kids that seem to win everything. They’re great looking, athletic, intelligent and succeed in everything they do. We all know those kids. We all know those adults. I was never one of them and sadly my kids arent either. They’re great kids and do well at alot but they’re not the ones winning it all and they have to try hard at whatever they do. That was me. Thats still me! I have always had to work hard and be consistent to accomplish any of my success in life. I still do and I somehow think I always will. But the beautiful thing is that I’ve learnt to fully appreciate the rewards for my efforts and I take nothing for granted. I love my life and I’m proud of all that I’ve achieved. Has it come easy? NO! And I would love for my children to have an easier ride but what I’ve learned through my experiences is more precious than gold.  I will impart that into my kids and help them every step of the way.

I choose to help motivate, encourage and inspire as many people as I can because I know how much we all need it. We thrive on it and it pushes us to try harder, do better and ultimately WIN in life!

And to me thats the greatest success. A life that we love, that we’re proud of and that we can enjoy every single day.

Greatness in Others and Ourselves

We cannot recognize greatness in others  unless we too possess that same quality in ourselves.

What does it mean to ‘be great?’, ‘have ‘greatness’ , know ‘greatness’?? When a person is perceived to possess greatness they stand apart from others in some way. This is very often by the magnitude or uniqueness of their vision and their ability to manifest that vision. And yet I believe if you  recognize that greatness, you most certainly  have greatness within you; otherwise, you couldnt see it in someone else. You may not even display ‘greatness’ too often but dont worry….its there!! Those who display greatness rely upon others who are able to see as they do, to listen, encourage, and support. Without those people who recognize greatness and  act to support it, even the greatest ideas, works of art, and political movements would remain unborn.

When we see greatness in others, we feel it and it moves us. It stirs something within us. It causes us to want to act, to want to do better, be better. Just as laughter is contagious, so is greatness. Its an unfulfilled unhappy person that isnt striving for and embracing their greatness. When we surround ourselves with those containing greatness we allow it to belong to us as well. This is a call to action and others will be inspired by us. Through our greatness, theirs is awakened and this starts a chain reaction. Do you want to be that greatness in someones life? Do you want to start that chain reaction in your circle of loved ones and friends, colleagues and business associates? Its time for you to shine your greatness. It will attract greatness and it will produce more greatness.

Our greatness is basically the best we have to offer. Greatness does what has not been done before and inspires the same courage that it requires. When we see it in others, we know it, and when we trust its presence in ourselves, we embody it.

Have a GREAT week ladies!! Be great!! You are great!!
